Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and hardworking.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and services
- Assist clients with account setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Document and track client interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a customer support role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using remote support tools and software
- Knowledge of tax and accounting principles is a plus
