Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

MadEats is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Support Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Officer will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our customers and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely and effective remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
3. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
5. Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles.
6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer support experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to better assist customers.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role.
2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Creativity in finding solutions to technical issues.
6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and remote support tools.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
