Job Description:

Petron Corporation is seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and adaptable, with strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to customers and internal teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Document and track support tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a remote support role
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourceful and adaptable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
