Remote Support Manager

Job Description:

Homebase is seeking a talented Remote Support Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the remote support team
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to ensure team goals are met
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions
- Train and onboard new team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in remote support management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident and energetic personality
- Ability to innovate and think creatively
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with remote support tools and technologies
