Job Description:

Advance is seeking a Remote Support Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, dedicated, have excellent time management skills, and possess critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of remote support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of remote support services
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address recurring issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in remote support management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
