Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Support Associate to join our team at PLDT in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Resilient and adaptable personality traits
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using remote support tools and software
- High school diploma or equivalent
