Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, possess strong strategic planning skills, and have an exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to clients and partners
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Assist in strategic planning and implementation of support initiatives
- Document and track client interactions and resolutions accurately
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different situations
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
