### Job Description

Philippine Airlines is looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Caloocan. As a part-time member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while collaborating with a dynamic team. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Support:** Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries related to bookings, ticketing, and other airline services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and accurately.

- **Technical Assistance:** Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to online booking systems and mobile applications. Guide customers through the steps required to resolve technical problems effectively.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Generate reports on common customer issues to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement.

- **Team Collaboration:** Participate in team meetings to share insights and experiences, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Support fellow team members and promote a positive work environment.

- **Research and Development:** Conduct research to resolve complex inquiries. Stay updated with the latest airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

- **Feedback and Improvement:** Gather customer feedback and relay information and suggestions to management for service enhancement. Actively contribute to the enhancement of support processes and overall customer experience.

- **Leadership:** Demonstrate leadership capabilities by mentoring new team members and guiding them through processes and best practices. Lead by example in promoting a customer-first mentality throughout the team.

### Requirements

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably within the airline or travel industry.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and online collaboration tools. Experience with booking systems and general IT troubleshooting is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Highly adaptable to change and new environments.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide others.
- Excellent research skills, enabling effective problem resolution.
