### Job Description:

Petron Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated **Remote Social Media Manager** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy while building and engaging our online community. If you are resourceful, resilient, and passionate about connecting with people through social media, we want to hear from you!

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Social Media Strategy:**
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals and uphold the Petron brand voice.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Petron's online presence remains current and engaging.

2. **Content Creation:**
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

3. **Community Management:**
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, fostering a positive community around the Petron brand.
- Engage with followers, advocating for customer feedback and effectively managing online conversations.

4. **Analytics and Reporting:**
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports evaluating the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure a cohesive approach to social media efforts and project planning.
- Coordinate with freelancers or agencies for specialized content needs or campaigns as necessary.

6. **Crisis Management:**
- Proactively address potential social media crises by closely monitoring public sentiment and responding appropriately to issues before they escalate.

7. **Training & Development:**
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance social media management skills and knowledge of the industry.

### Requirements:

- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- **Skills:**
- Proven experience in content creation and social media strategy, with a portfolio demonstrating successful social campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.

- Resilient: Able to handle challenges professionally and maintain a positive outlook.
- Resourceful: Capable of finding creative solutions and making the most out of available resources.

- **Soft Skills:**
