Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Grab Philippines is looking for a remote Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement- Create and schedule daily posts on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter- Monitor and respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely manner- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to management- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns across all channels- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 1+ years of experience in social media management- Motivated and passionate about the power of social media- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite- Experience with graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is a plus
