This is a Full-time role, Monday to Friday, Dayshift. Office-based position in Cebu Business Park. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Remote Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in managing and leveraging our candidate database to identify and match talent to client requirements. This role focuses on efficient database management, candidate engagement, and the strategic use of recruitment technology to support the successful placement of candidates in the building and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities: Database Utilisation: Proactively search and manage the company's internal database to source qualified candidates for various building and construction roles. Maintain and update candidate profiles, ensuring accurate and detailed records of skills, availability, and preferences. Use advanced search techniques and filters within the database to create targeted candidate pools. Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial outreach to candidates identified through the database, assessing their suitability and interest in active roles. Communicate role details effectively, addressing candidate queries and gathering relevant documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and future engagement. Administrative Support: Assist recruiters by providing detailed shortlists of pre-qualified candidates sourced through the database. Input and manage all candidate interactions and progress notes within the database system. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the team to understand client role specifications and match them to database candidates. Generate reports on database activity, candidate availability, and sourcing outcomes to support team planning. Performance Expectations: High accuracy and consistency in database entries and updates. Timely and effective communication with candidates and the recruitment team. Demonstrable contribution to filling roles through database-sourced candidates. Adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations. Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing, preferably within the building and construction sector. Strong proficiency in database management and candidate sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to use recruitment technology effectively to maximize candidate sourcing efficiency. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and the importance of maintaining confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute effectively to team efforts.
