Remote Real Estate Lead Prospector / Qualifier

Stay Gia is a short term and extended stay rental operator turning apartments and homes into modern and thoughtfully designed hotel-like spaces with full kitchen, furnishings, and in-unit washer & dryer.
We are in search of two motivated individuals to join our team at Stay Gia, serving as Lead Prospector / Lead Qualifier Agents.
Agents will be responsible for researching prospects online, making cold calls to propose our business models, and then recording and sharing information about the prospected clients with the sales team.
- The position(s) will be full time
- The role is entirely remote
- MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS LEAD MINING AND OUTBOUND COLD CALLING*

**Requirements**:
Sales Agents should be able to:

- Read, speak, and write professionally in English
- Be flexible to work across US time zones
- Follow a script and templates for communication
- Have access to a computer, VOIP phone, and stable high speed internet
- Previous cold calling experience is a MUST

Benefits*
- Base hourly pay equalling $800 per month for 40 hours per week or $5 per hour whichever is greater with a BONUS payment for each unit added to our portfolio to encourage performance.
