You will have previous photo editing experience in a high volume production and have a passion for photography & editing photos. Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external customers is a strong quality. LOCATION: Work From Home Remote Position SALARY: US$550/month, plus INTERNET ACCESS STIPEND, HEALTH INSURANCE STIPEND STARTING: Immediately WORK SHIFT (AFTER TRAINING): Full Time, U.S. working hours are M-F 9am-6pm U.S. Central Time zone (CST and CDT)). Our location does observe daylight savings time, so half of the year the time is one hour ahead (daylight savings) and then the other half the year the time is standard time (standard time). Therefore, your actual shift may move compared to your local time. Please check this out to make sure this would work for you before applying. For Philippines time: 9pm-6am during daylight savings time and 10pm-7am during standard time. For other locations, please check your specific time differences. TRAINING SHIFT: Hours may need to be shifted considerably to compensate for being trained by your trainers who may be in a different time zone. WORK TASKS: • Culling Images • Communicating with companies to outsource image editing • Editing Photos according to J FUERST Media standards • Doing final touch ups on images in Quality Control • Reviewing and doing final touches on 3D Tours • Reviewing and doing final touches on Floor Plans • Delivering digital images and media • Other post-production related tasks • Assisting customers when needed during your shift as needed (email, chat, messenger, etc) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Make image selections • Edit photos from shoots • Photoshop TV, Fire and Sky Replacements as needed • Quality Control before delivery • Client photo delivery within our delivery system • Interacting exceptionally with our clients with delightful customer service • Responsively communicating with Team Lead throughout the projects • Providing Photographers feedback on delivered photos, adhering to the standards we set forth and the training we provide • Troubleshooting customer issues for downloading images MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent English writing, reading, and verbal skills • Experience in real estate photo editing • Keen eye for detail • Professional work ethic • Perform up to our standards providing us a consistent high quality work and experience for clients • Be able to professionally interact with our clients through digital channels - slack, helpscout, crm • Excellent computer for editing a high volume workload • Very fast internet connection for downloading and uploading hundreds of Gigabytes daily for images and video (internet speed test required) PREFERRED SKILLS: • Energetic, Personable, and Outgoing • Quick Thinking • Resourceful • Strong email skills Powered by JazzHR
