Job Description:

Olivia is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Personal Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our team members who work remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Handling travel arrangements and accommodations
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with project coordination and follow-up
- Conducting research and compiling data
- Providing general administrative support as needed

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
