Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

ChatGenie is seeking a highly experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the team
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to remote team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development
- Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise within the team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in a remote operations management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote team members
