Job Description:
Taxumo is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. As a Remote Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to optimize remote team performance- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of goals and objectives- Manage virtual team meetings and communication channels to foster collaboration and teamwork- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Maintain clear and consistent communication with remote team members to ensure clarity and alignment on goals- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the remote team- Handle any operational issues or challenges that arise in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in operations management or a related field- Confident and hardworking with the ability to motivate and inspire remote team members- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions- High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics within a remote team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams- Proficiency in remote team management tools and platforms- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
