Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is reliable and adaptable, with strong negotiation and planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage remote operations including logistics, inventory management, and customer service- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement- Provide support to the operations team in achieving efficiency and productivity goals- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations across all functions- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
