### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Content Creation:**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Write and edit copy for blogs, newsletters, and website updates, ensuring alignment with Cropital's tone and branding.
2. **Digital Marketing Support:**
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
3. **Market Research:**
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports summarizing findings and suggesting actionable strategies.
4. **Social Media Management:**
- Manage Cropital's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with audiences.
- Track social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize engagement.
5. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, maintaining project timelines, and updating databases.
- Organize and maintain marketing materials and resources for easy access.
6. **Collaboration and Coordination:**
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Assist in planning events and community outreach efforts, ensuring all marketing aspects are covered.
7. **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding marketing promotions and initiatives, providing timely and accurate information.
- Gather feedback from customers and clients to improve marketing campaigns and customer satisfaction.
### Requirements:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in a remote work setting.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva) and Microsoft Office Suite.
