**Position Summary:**
As a Remote Live Chat Officer, you will engage directly with our clients, providing timely and effective support through live chat channels. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive customer experiences while adhering to Bench's standards and protocols. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interactions:** Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while ensuring high-quality interactions.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex inquiries when necessary.
- **Knowledge Management:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of Bench's products and services to provide accurate information and effectively assist customers.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Feedback Collection:** Actively seek feedback from customers to improve service delivery and identify recurring issues for reporting to the management team.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow team members and management to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction scores, and conversion rates.
- **Ongoing Learning:** Participate in training sessions and workshops to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry best practices, adapting to the evolving needs of our customers.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in live chat support, customer service, or a related field is required.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using live chat and CRM software platforms. Familiarity with social media platforms and other digital communication tools is a plus.
- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
