Ayala Land is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are independent, passionate, and looking to gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide information about Ayala Land properties and services
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize decision-making skills to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while representing the Ayala Land brand
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Passion for customer service and helping others
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
