### Job Description

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled **Remote Live Chat Associate** to provide exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This part-time role is essential in maintaining our company's commitment to excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to high standards in every interaction.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a positive and professional interaction for every user.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer needs effectively and resolve issues swiftly while providing detailed product and service information.
- **Accurate Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and requests using our internal systems to improve service quality continually.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to escalate issues and provide feedback on customer trends and insights.
- **Performance Metrics**: Achieve or exceed established performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up interactions with customers when needed to ensure complete satisfaction with our services.
- **Training Participation**: Engage in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on company policies and technologies.

### Required Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment or equivalent position.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using live chat software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
