Role RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in providing IT support & troubleshooting to corporate & SME clientsOutstanding oral and written skills and effective communication (Expert proficiency in English is a must)Logical thought process, skilled in solving problems on the flyExperience and demonstrated ability in administering and troubleshooting cloud-based enterprise technologies (Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365)Microsoft Online Infrastructure (365, SharePoint, Azure AD/Entra, InTune)Server Administration experience (MS Server ******** , VMWare, Hyper-V)Experience in Network design, configuration, provisioning and troubleshooting (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VLAN, WAN, WLAN)Disaster Recovery Solution Implementation and Management experience (Azure Backup, Datto BCDR, Storage)Cybersecurity monitoring, policy enforcement and central managementImpeccable Documentation skills Additional Skills (Highly Valued)Experience with MSP PSA tools and/or ticketing systems (Autotask or Connectwise)Experience with RMM tools and capabilities (Datto RMM, Solarwinds N-Able, Atera or other)Certifications highly regarded (CompTIA Network+, Security+, MCSE, CCNP)Coding & Automation experience valued but not essential (PowerShell, VBScript, Python)
