Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and increase brand awareness
- Manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure MetroMart remains competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of success
- Excellent decision-making and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
