**Job Description:**
As a Remote Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies that promote Cropital's mission and drive engagement. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and innovative environment while contributing to meaningful change in the agricultural sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Creation:** Develop engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email newsletters to attract and engage our target audience.
- **Social Media Management:** Manage and grow Cropital's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create and schedule posts that resonate with our audience and promote our mission.
- **Digital Campaign Management:** Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve marketing goals.
- **Analytics and Reporting:** Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Prepare regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive communication and alignment with Cropital's overall goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.
- **Community Engagement:** Foster relationships with customers, farmers, and investors through digital channels, responding to inquiries and engaging in conversations that highlight Cropital's values and offerings.
- **Market Research:** Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and content creation.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz). Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be highly motivated, independent, and proactive, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability in all tasks.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong emotional intelligence to effectively engage with diverse audiences, combined with leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team collaboration.
