Remote Dental Office Receptionist Scheduler

We are looking to hire a remote dental receptionist who can work at home and provide scheduling support for a U.S. based pediatric dental practice.
This full-time position is 5 days per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), with a one-hour break for lunch.
The remote dental receptionist's responsibilities are to ensure that all patient appointments are appropriately scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled, depending on the needs of the patients.
On a daily basis the dental receptionist will answer all incoming phone calls, enter patient information onto the data system, answer patients' questions, and schedule corresponding appointments.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements include:

- well-spoken, articulate English language skills,
- a personable demeanor & excellent telephone etiquette
- attention to detail,
- previous dental office experience,
- familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- proficiency in MS office and practice management software

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Nurse is preferred, but not required.
