Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize various software tools to track, document, and resolve customer issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer support experience

Requirements:
- Hardworking and independent individual who can thrive in a remote work environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
