Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Penshoppe is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
- Utilize innovative solutions to enhance customer support processes
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
