Job Description:

Smart Communications is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via various communication channels while working remotely.

Responsibilities:
1. Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Provide product information and assistance to customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
6. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Contribute to a positive team environment and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of customer support experience.
2. Reliable and driven individual with strong communication skills.
3. Ability to analyze customer needs and persuade customers towards solutions.
4. Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Must have a quiet home office environment conducive to remote work.
7. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
8. Must be available to work flexible hours as needed.
