Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:
- Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong desire to help customers
- Excellent persuasion and cooperation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
