### Job Description

#### Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Onboarding & Training**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, including product demonstrations, training sessions, and creating user-friendly guides to enhance their understanding of our services.
- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify customer issues and provide timely solutions. Act as an advocate for customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolutions and continuous improvements.
- **Account Management**: Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction. Follow up regularly with customers to assess their needs and gather feedback on our products and services.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor customer metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess customer health and identify opportunities for improvement or growth. Provide reports and insights to the management team based on customer feedback.
- **Customer Retention Strategies**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement customer retention strategies, including engagement campaigns and loyalty programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing churn.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with product, sales, and support teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Knowledge Base Maintenance**: Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer support materials and knowledge base articles to aid customers and the support team.
#### Requirements
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 4 years in a customer success, account management, or equivalent customer-facing role.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
