### Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated **Remote Customer Success Officer** to join our team on a part-time basis. In this exciting entry-level role, you will be an integral part of our customer engagement strategy, helping to foster strong relationships and ensure our customers are satisfied with their shopping experiences.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement:**
- Communicate with customers through various channels (e.g., email, chat, social media) to understand their needs, resolve their inquiries, and provide tailored support.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and prompt follow-ups.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot customer issues, collaborating with other departments to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in improving service delivery and product offerings.

- **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a deep understanding of Shopee's products and services to effectively address customer queries, educate users, and promote new offerings.

- **Feedback Collection:**
- Gather customer insights and feedback on products and services, relaying information to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Participate in team meetings to share experiences and propose ideas that enhance the customer experience.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the Customer Success Team and other departments to drive initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Share knowledge and best practices with teammates to foster a collaborative working environment.

- **Training Participation:**
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development programs to hone customer service skills and product knowledge.

### Requirements:

- **Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma/GED required; some college coursework or degree is a plus.
- No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position suitable for new graduates or individuals entering the workforce.

- **Confident:** Display confidence while engaging with customers and managing their queries.
- **Adaptable:** Ability to adjust to new challenges and changes in a fast-paced environment.

- **Soft Skills:**
