Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated, independent, and possess strong strategic planning and decision-making skills. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Providing product information and assistance with placing orders- Handling customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary- Managing and updating customer accounts with accurate information- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience- Following company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards- Providing feedback on customer trends and concerns to help improve our products and services

Requirements:- Proven experience in customer service is preferred but not required- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
