### Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Officer at Pushkart.ph, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. Your primary objective will be to understand customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and foster a positive relationship with our clientele.

### Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely, efficient manner.
- Document and track feedback from customers to help enhance service delivery.

3. **Product and Service Knowledge:**
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Pushkart.ph's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Stay updated on promotional offers, new products, and any changes to services.

4. **Customer Satisfaction:**
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight with each interaction.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

5. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the designated CRM.
- Collaborate with related departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

6. **Performance Tracking:**
- Monitor personal performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

7. **Support and Collaboration:**
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team members.
- Provide insights on common customer issues to help enhance the overall customer service process.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sectors.
- **Education:** High school diploma required; higher education or relevant certifications is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Hardworking and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and record-keeping.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
