Job Description:
Balikbayad is seeking a passionate and resilient Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers- Process orders and returns in a timely manner- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience- Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and solve customer problems- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Resilient in handling difficult situations with customers
