Job Description:

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in customer service management at a mid-to-senior level. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in customer service management
- Driven and confident personality traits
- Strong teamwork and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
