Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This position requires a high level of communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities:- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction- Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer experience- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer support- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results

Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related field- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Resourceful and adaptable to changing circumstances- Ability to work well in a team and independently- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Knowledge of customer care best practices and trends
