Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Care Associate at Cropital, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from Cebu, Central Visayas. You will be expected to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively- Provide product information and support to customers- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer care or a related field- Resourceful and independent personality traits- Strong analytical and presentation skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using customer management systems- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
