Job Description:

Ayala Corporation is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, possess strong research skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Research and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
- Confident and driven personality
- Strong research skills
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
