BeautyMNL is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the beauty industry and customer service field. As an Entry Level Remote Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Confident and resilient personality traits
