Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to persuade customers effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Persuasive and able to handle difficult customer situations with tact and diplomacy
