Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, adaptable, and possess strong project management and people management skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.
5. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
6. Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
