Job Description:
Zalora Philippines is seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in contact center management at a mid-to-senior level. The successful candidate will be independent, driven, and possess strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of remote contact center agents to ensure high-quality customer service and support
- Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports on contact center activities
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in contact center management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving results and meeting targets
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
