Job Description:

Homebase is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, possess strong persuasion and critical thinking skills, and prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve inquiries and issues
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role
- Driven and confident personality traits
- Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
