Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a motivated and energetic **Remote Client Support Specialist** to join our vibrant team! As a pivotal part of our client support structure, you will ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support, helping to cultivate lasting relationships and positive experiences. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication**:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via various channels such as email, chat, and phone to provide accurate information and support.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all client interactions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

2. **Issue Resolution**:
- Identify, investigate, and resolve client issues and concerns efficiently while ensuring a delightful outcome for the client.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that client needs are met and issues are followed up with appropriate resolution strategies.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on client feedback and support metrics to assist in the strategic planning of client services.

4. **Client Education**:
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding products, services, and processes offered by Robinsons Land Corporation.
- Create and distribute informative materials to educate clients about available resources and self-help tools.

5. **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights on client wants and trends that can drive improvements in our offerings.
- Participate in team meetings to share client experiences and suggest ways to enhance customer service practices.

6. **Continuous Improvement**:
- Engage in training and development activities to enhance personal skills and knowledge related to client support and company offerings.
- Proactively gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

**Requirements:**

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a relevant degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; however, internships or volunteer experiences in customer service or related fields are advantageous.
- **Personality Traits**:
- Hardworking and dedicated to continually striving for excellence.
- Energetic with a positive attitude that contributes to a vibrant work environment.

- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail that enables accurately processing inquiries and resolving issues.

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but not mandatory; training will be provided.
