Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service via email, phone, and chat.
2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
3. Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
5. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to the team.
6. Implement strategic planning to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
7. Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
8. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:
1. Reliable and passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using customer service software and platforms.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
