**Job Description**

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Client Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service. In this part-time position, you will manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and foster strong relationships that drive client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing timely responses to their inquiries. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their concerns and providing knowledgeable support.

- **Support Coordination**: Work closely with various internal teams (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Product Development) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Liaise between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.

- **Issue Resolution**: Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues by gathering pertinent information. Employ strong problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet client needs and align with company policies.

- **Client Training and Onboarding**: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and familiarization with our products and services. Provide training sessions and materials to enhance client understanding and usage of our offerings.

- **Research and Development**: Conduct competitive research and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and client feedback. Use insights gained to recommend improvements to products and services.

- **Feedback Collection**: Solicit and document feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products and services. Use this information to facilitate constructive discussions with internal teams to improve overall client satisfaction.

- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, and provide regular reports to management regarding client issues, feedback, and overall satisfaction metrics.

- **Motivated Self-Management**: Work independently in a remote setting, managing your own schedule to meet the needs of clients while ensuring productivity and adhering to deadlines. Take initiative in finding solutions and continuously improving client support processes.

**Requirements:**

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in client support, customer service, or account management roles, particularly in a remote setting.

- **Personality Traits**: Must be resourceful and motivated, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client engagement.

- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong people management skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
- Excellent research skills to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective client engagement.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CRM software, communication tools (such as Slack, Zoom), and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies as needed.

- **Availability**: Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.

- **Travel**: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, training sessions, or team-building activities.
