BeamAndGo is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Client Support Associate to join our team. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge to clients to facilitate better understanding and usage of services.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify client issues and obstacles through active listening and research, offering timely solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or service-related issues.

3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Analyze client trends and feedback to improve service processes and enhance user experience.

4. **Research and Product Improvement:**
- Continuously engage in research to stay updated on product features and industry best practices to better assist clients.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights about client experiences and suggest improvements in product functionality and support processes.

5. **Cooperation and Team Support:**
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure overall department goals are met, sharing insights and strategies that could improve teamwork and efficiency.
- Support new hire training initiatives by sharing knowledge of processes and client interactions.

6. **Sustainability and Environmental Initiatives:**
- Promote BeamAndGo's commitment to sustainable practices within your role, encouraging clients and colleagues alike to engage in environmentally responsible behavior.
- Assist in the development of support materials that highlight BeamAndGo's eco-friendly initiatives.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or related roles.
- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of basic technical troubleshooting processes.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent and motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in resolving client issues.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent cooperation and team-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across various functions.
- Strong research skills to analyze client needs and support the development of effective solutions.

- **Communication Skills:**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to clients.
