Job Description:
Homebase is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, confident, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with any inquiries, issues, or technical problems they may encounter
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist clients
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
