### Job Description

Xepto Computing is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. ### Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:** Engage with clients via email, chat, and phone to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.

- **Issue Resolution:** Diagnose issues reported by clients by utilizing problem-solving skills and critical thinking to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date for future reference.

- **Product Knowledge:** Quickly develop a deep understanding of Xepto Computing's products and services, enabling effective communication and support to clients.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with senior support staff and cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and share feedback for continuous improvement.

- **Customer Education:** Create and provide basic instructional materials or guides to clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of our products.

- **Feedback Gathering:** Actively solicit client feedback to contribute to the improvement of our services and products, channeling this information to the appropriate stakeholders.

- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance both technical and interpersonal skills.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience:**
- No prior experience required; however, a keen interest in technology and client service is essential.

- **Adaptable:** Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions in a remote working environment.
- **Independent:** Self-motivated and capable of managing your time and tasks without direct supervision.

**Soft Skills:**
