Remote Client Support Assistant

We are looking for a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team at Great Deals E-commerce Corporation in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry level position with no prior experience required.

As a Remote Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will communicate with clients through email, phone, and chat, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Resolving client issues and complaints effectively- Providing technical support to clients as needed- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other team members to optimize the client experience- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
